Frequently Asked Questions
Resolve the most common doubts before coming to the park: ages, heights, equipment, safety, duration of the circuits, services and conditions of the activity.
Before coming
Do I have to pay to enter the park?
Access to the park grounds is free of charge. You only have to pay to participate in the adventure circuits or to book any of the available activities.
What will we find at the park?
You will find adventure games installed among the trees at different heights and difficulty levels: bridges, nets, zip lines, swings, tunnels, vines and many other adventure challenges.
Is any prior knowledge necessary?
No. Before starting, our team of instructors will explain how the equipment works, the safety rules and everything you need to know to complete the circuits correctly.
What should I bring?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes, closed-toe sports shoes and having your hair tied back. The park provides the necessary technical equipment.
Do I need to bring any special equipment?
You don’t need to bring any special equipment. The park provides all the technical equipment needed for the activity.
Ages and participants
From what age can the activities be done?
The children’s circuit is accessible from approximately 3 years old up to 6 or 7 years old. In this circuit, children must be accompanied from the ground by an adult.
Access to the rest of the circuits depends mainly on the height of the participant:
- Sa Cova Circuit: from 120 cm.
- Zip line circuit: from 135 cm.
- Red and black circuits: from 145 cm.
Is the park also for adults?
Yes. The park has circuits with different levels, including advanced routes for adults and participants looking for more difficult challenges.
Some circuits are also accessible for children, provided they meet the minimum heights indicated.
Do I need to be in good physical shape?
No specific physical preparation is required. The circuits have different levels so that each participant can choose the route that best suits their abilities.
Can children go on the circuits alone?
Children who meet the age and height requirements can do certain circuits without an adult having to go up with them.
Instructors supervise the activity from the ground and the safety carabiner system prevents the participant from being completely disconnected during the course.
Is there a weight limit?
Due to safety regulations, people weighing more than 100 kg are not allowed to do the circuits.
Safety
What responsibility does accessing the circuits entail?
The circuits are a controlled-risk adventure activity. Booking the activity implies accepting and complying with the operating and safety rules explained by the instructors.
Participants under the age of 18 must have authorization from a guardian or a responsible adult.
What happens if I get stuck during a circuit?
Stay calm and notify an instructor. The park team will help you continue or, if necessary, will bring you down using a safe evacuation maneuver.
Do the instructors also go up on the circuits?
The main role of the instructors is to train the participants, supervise the activity from the ground and ensure that safety maneuvers are carried out correctly.
They also intervene when a participant needs help or when an evacuation is necessary.
Is the activity ever cancelled?
The activity can be done all year round, but it may be suspended when weather conditions pose a risk, such as thunderstorms, strong winds or other adverse situations.
In these cases, the park will provide a voucher to be able to do the activity another day.
Circuits and tickets
What does the ticket include?
The ticket includes access to the booked circuits, the corresponding safety equipment and initial training before starting the activity.
How long does it take to do the circuits?
Each circuit usually lasts approximately between 20 and 30 minutes, depending on the agility of each participant and the number of people in the park.
Doing several circuits can make for an activity of between two and a half and three hours.
Can the circuits be repeated?
Each ticket corresponds to the circuits included in the rate or pack booked. To repeat a circuit or add another one, the corresponding amount must be paid.
Are there circuits of different levels?
Yes. There are easy routes for beginners and progressively more demanding circuits that test balance, agility and the spirit of adventure.
Before starting, check which level best suits the age, height and experience of the participant.
